Every South African child that attends school is expected to be in uniform for all seasons. Winter seems to be the most challenging as learners are expected to dress up warm in a school uniform. Most rural parents do not have means to dress their kids warmly, and even more so, to afford uniforms. This programme mainly focuses on dressing the child warmly by donating school jerseys, jackets, and other relevant school kits.
